Data costs that make sense
Most oilfield data platforms charge a flat day rate with no visibility on what the meter covers. GeoMaster uses a transparent credit system — you see exactly what each operation costs before it runs.

Every time GeoMaster fetches data from a WITSML server, it counts the number of channels returned in that response and deducts that many credits. A trajectory with 7 columns costs 7 credits. A full mudlogging suite with 34 active channels costs 34 credits. Row count, depth range, and time interval do not affect the cost.

One credit equals one channel returned in one pull from a WITSML server. A channel is a single data column — for example gamma ray, ROP, or hookload. If a pull returns a log with 15 curves, 15 credits are deducted. Row count and depth range do not affect the cost.
A query is one request sent to GeoEngine. A chat query is one conversational turn against your project data — 10 credits. A field intelligence generation is a full research report — 100 credits. Reading a previously generated report is always free.
WITSML credits roll over for one billing cycle. GeoEngine query credits reset on the first of each month and do not roll over. Top-up credits purchased on demand never expire.
WITSML pulls and GeoEngine queries will pause until you top up or your monthly allowance resets. Your existing projects, imported data, and conversation history are never affected.
No. Your 14-day Professional trial starts the moment you register — no card required until you choose to subscribe.
A project in GeoMaster corresponds to a well or group of related wells under one operational context. It contains your trajectory data, logs, geosteering interpretation, DrillTracker records, and GeoEngine conversation history.
Free users cannot share their own projects with others. However they can be invited into projects owned by Basic, Pro, or Enterprise users and participate as full collaborators inside those projects.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated to your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period.
GeoMaster runs on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure with all data encrypted at rest and in transit. Your data is stored in EU and UK regions. You own it entirely and can export it at any time. We comply fully with UK GDPR.
